CE Certificated Insulation Material Rockwool Board with Aluminum Foil Facing
The FANRYN Rock Wool Board is engineered from naturally sourced volcanic rock—primarily basalt and dolomitic limestone. These materials are melted at over 1450°C in a cupola furnace and spun into fine, inorganic fibers using high-speed centrifugal technology. The fibers are then bonded with a thermosetting resin, resulting in a rigid, fire-resistant, and dimensionally stable insulation core.
To maximize functional performance, the board is factory-laminated with a reinforced, puncture-resistant aluminum foil facing. This facing acts as both a radiant barrier—reflecting heat to enhance thermal efficiency—and a high-performance vapor barrier, protecting against moisture ingress, mold, and corrosion. The result is a durable, easy-to-handle solution ideal for HVAC ductwork, roofing, wall linings, and industrial applications requiring superior thermal and acoustic control.
